Behind the Table
In addition to my on-stage and on-screen work, I love working on production teams, and educating as well. I am a director, intimacy coordinator, and fight choreographer. Below you can find some info on all of those things below!
All my creative work revolves around the phrase "Keep the stakes where they belong: in the scene". I am devoted to creating a safe environment to experiment and create in.
01

Directing
It was my honor and pleasure to direct Fredonia Performing Arts Company's production of "Too Much Light Makes the Baby Go Blind" this last April. Together with the cast, we created 30 original, 2-minute devised pieces. That process nurtured my love for devising and directing. Additionally, I was the Assistant Director in the same company's production of Spelling Bee! (Which was an absolute treat)

My directing style revolves around pushing the boundaries of connotation and expectation in the rehearsal room and in performance.
02
Fight Directing
I fell in love with stage combat when I took my first stage combat class in 2021. At the time, it felt like home. I wasn't the strongest dancer, and combat class created an environment to move that felt natural to me. 3 years later, I am a SAFD certified Actor Combatant with passes in 7 weapon disciplines.

With that knowledge, I am currently fight directing the Off-Broadway musical, "Always Young"!

Intimacy Coordinating
My creative philosophy has to do with creating the safest space possible in the theatre. Therefore, I have taken multiple Intimacy workshops and am NYS DEI certified as a result. I have worked on many shows in college as an Intimacy Coordinator, and I am currently the intimacy director for the Off-Broadway Musical: "Always Young".
04
Educating
When I was in college, I was a teaching assistant for 2 years. I taught multiple lesson plans including Linklater, Chekhov, and Devising. I can't wait to learn more, and I can't wait to share what I've learned in educating others.
